Grigori Enikolopov Dr.

Biography

Grigori Enikolopov is a Professor at the Center of Developmental Genetics and Renaissance School of Medicine, Stony Brook University on Long Island, NY. He graduated from Moscow State University and holds a PhD from the Institute of Molecular Biology in Moscow. From 1989 to 2019 he was at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, NY. He is a recipient of numerous grants from the NIH, NSF, and NASA, holds several patents, and founded biotech startups. He mentored over 60 postdocs, graduate students, and visiting scientists. His scientific interests are in neural stem cells, biological roles of NO, and neural circuitry.
