Yury Korolev Asst. Prof.

Biography

Yury Korolev is an Assistant Professor in Mathematics and Data Science at the University of Bath and a Quondam Fellow of Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Bath he held a Royal Society Newton International Fellowship and an EPSRC Postdoctoral Fellowship at the department of Applied mathematics and theoretical physics at the University of Cambridge, and a Humboldt Fellowship at the University of Muenster. He obtained his PhD from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Yury is interested in applied analysis, in particular inverse problems, variational methods, mathematical imaging, and mathematics of machine learning.
